Jon Eades spent 7 years at the eminent Abbey Road Studios before co-founding The Rattle, an organization that’s done everything from running physical spaces in London and Los Angeles to running a venture studio to launching a tokenised network of supporters.

We chatted about his journey and how he got here from being a nerdy, dreadlocked teenager in suburban London who loved maths, manual labor, and playing the trumpet.
